If you don’t have the Torx driver, you can get them at a hardware store or a tool specialty store. I looked and the blue clip that holds the black ink cartridge down was all crooked.

Its going to take some ingenuity since there is no direct replacement available, only generic parts. All they say is something like this, “If changing that assembly doesn’t fix it, change this assembly. I can see the scanner belt vibrating madly. Won’t go off with the power button. This arm was wedged on TOP of the white geared wheel.
I like its performance and I don’t want to get new due to no more quality control. I have never replaced an Epson printhead because when people hear the price they scrap them.

It is a non specific error for a failed internal assembly, either a cable or electronics. You should see yellow, magenta, and cyan flowing freely.
I use it all the time for programs that I am in charge of and I know I won’t find another worthy printer out there. Go to the Users Manual specifications pages and take note of the maximum paper weight that can be used. It is picking up the paper OK and printing right at the top.
Wow – I’m just km away! The color cartridge HP41A is printing correctly and no evidence of ink pooling is noted. Then lubricate it with a few drops of Tri-Flow, available in small squeeze bottles at cycle shops. The printing just seems to stop half way down the page, the printer does not seem to be evening trying to print the rest of the information on the page, or clear the page from the around the spindle.
We had a torx set in our tool box so we removed the side panel and pulled out the service station as you instructed. Did this solve your problem? This site in other languages x.

I checked HP’s website and there is no mention of drivers or support from Vista. I recently had noted a faded, streaking in the black ink printing. I 1510c your clean-out-the -service station tip. I could’t get it back together.

Regards, and thanks in advance. Use a cotton swab dampened with a cleaner like Windex. The Closest possible driver for printing only included with Vista is the Deskjet C. You will need a T20 Torx head driver.
